Jean Tambuté is the twin brother of Henri Tambuté, first husband of Lotty Urban-Leteneur. He was a lifelong passionate cello player.
Having taken refuge in the town of Pau at the same time as Philippe Smit1, Jean Tambuté served as a model most probably at that time.
